Stayed as a family if 4 with two teenagers! The property is fantastic! Comfy beds and couch, crazy clean, and the Roaring Fork River was a blast for the boys! About 10 min drive to downtown! We hit up the Adventure park and Iton Mountain hot springs and lots of great places to eat!!! The hosts were easy to contact!!!

No oven and microwave broken. Small replacement microwave took up valuable counter space. Outside grill was dirty and greasy. Sink drain plug broken. Beds were good and quiet location.
